[CentOS-mirror] YUM setup - CENT OS 6.2

Hi 

 

I'm working to setup a YUM server to have separate channels created for
centos 5.7 and cent os 6.2 with all latest errata and updates.

Could someone provide me the steps to setup a yum server and pull the
packages from mirror. ?
