Hello, I recently had to do this as I was upgrading my CentOS 4 box. The files are in the vault http://vault.centos.org/. You will need to change your repos to point to the vault instead. I set the baseurl instead of mirror and it seems to work fine. I think this might be the wrong list for that questions though but hey I'm new!
