[CentOS-mirror] New mirror at aggregate.org/University of Kentucky

Hi all,

aggregate.org at the University of Kentucky is now hosting a full CentOS
mirror via http and rsync:

URLs:
http:   http://mirrors.aggregate.org/CentOS
rsync: mirrors.aggregate.org::CentOS
Bandwidth is 50 Mbps, with a limit of 50 connections on rsync.  Mirror
is synchronized every 4 hours from msync.centos.org, falling back to
mirror.cisp.com and rsync.gtlib.gatech.edu.
