[CentOS-mirror] STS UK mirror now IPv6 Enabled

Hi all

the UK mirror hosted and sponsored by Somerset Technical Solutions Ltd is now fully IPv6 enabled at the moment we only have 1 DNS server thats fully IPv6 Enabled but anyone operating an IPv6 only network can reach our mirror!
