[CentOS-mirror] Ukrainian mirrors

Hi, your mirror looks a little bit incomplete compared to 
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/ , namely all the 2.x, 3.x and 4.x 
directories are missing and the timestamps are also nowhere to be seen. 
You do have the 5 and 6 directories, but the 5.1, 5.2 etc. directories 
should be there as well.

Those other directories are very small, so there's really no reason to 
not include them for mirroring.
