I have configured a mirror with the following:

http://mirrors.pidginhost.com/centos
ftp://mirrors.pidginhost.com/centos
rsync mirrors.pidginhost.com::CentOS

Connection speed within Romania: 1Gbps
Connection speed for outside of Romania: 100Mbps

The mirror is updated once at every 6 hours.
The location of the mirror is: Romania, Bucharest

Data center hosting this mirror is called Pidgin Host and the web site is:
