[CentOS-mirror] 6.3 tree on vault

If you can't remove yourself from the list, then talk to one of the list 
admins. At the bottom of the unsubscribe page it says:

CentOS-mirror list run by johnny at centos.org, z00dax at centos.org, 
ralph at centos.org, tru at centos.org

Send your request to someone who can actually help you.
