[CentOS-mirror] mirrorlist.centos.org issue IPv4/IPv6 lookup's for India

The easiest way to see what is missing is to use the --verbose option to
rsync and sync manually. This will also make the mirror up to date.

As an example, http://mirrors.hns.net.in/centos/5/updates/i386/repodata/
and http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5/updates/i386/repodata/ have
differing content at the moment.

The same is currently true for 5/updates/x86_64, 6/cr/i386 and
6/cr/x86_64. But all of these will be fixed the next time you sync.

You may want to check that you're syncing frequently enough. Four times
per day is usually sufficient to keep your mirror up-to-date.
