[CentOS-mirror] Question about short Downtime of a mirror

Hi,

since i run a highly frequented mirror, i wanted to ask if i should
announce a short maintanance window (aprox. 2hrs)... or its it not needed
because yum will take care about and takes the next avail. mirror?
