Dear Sir,
I have done the changes . Thank you for the information

I'm wondering why the permissions are not correctly gathered 
automaticlaly from the master mirror in my initial rsync. Maybe I need 
to use additional options for rsync (-p, -A) in my cronjob to keep the 
good permissions forever? In this case, maybe the information in

http://www.centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=22

must be reviewed accordingly,
