Um, no. That doesn't work. You need the *complete* directory structure on
your mirror. The base directory / contains a few files we are checking for -
mostly to see if your mirror is up to date.

So you'd need to carry 5 and 6 on your mirror and not just some arbitrary
version (6.3 is out of support anyway).
