[CentOS-mirror] Turkey Mirror Server

[Harris]

We here at Jawaharlal Nehru Univeristy, New Delhi, INDIA would like to
setup Centos Public mirror with an uplink of 1 Gbps. Can anyone help me
with a exact "how to" document.
