The list on the webpage lists only up-to-date mirrors. As of this 
writing, http://mirror-status.centos.org/#cn says mirrors.cug.edu.cn has 
been updated 3.1 days ago, which is too old. Please make sure your 
mirror is syncing properly from msync.centos.org. Once your mirror is up 
to date, it will get listed on the download mirrors page again.
