Hi, this process is fully automated. The IPv6 mirror checker will 
periodically scan through the list of IPv4 mirrors. If it finds that a 
mirror has an IPv6 address in DNS, its reachability and freshness is 
checked. If everything is OK, the mirror will be included on the IPv6 
mirrors list. Likewise, if the IPv6 address gets removed or becomes 
unreachable for some reason, the mirror is automatically dropped from 
the IPv6 mirrors list.

Looking at curl -6 
'http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?repo=os&arch=i386&release=6&cc=lt', looks 
like your mirror is already listed. Thanks for being among the 170+ 
IPv6-reachable CentOS mirrors :)
