[CentOS-mirror] Important notification for the (7) upcoming release

Could mirrors.bluehost.com be changed to mirrors.unifiedlayer.com? 
Mirrors.unifiedlayer.com (69.195.127.230) is a load-balancer and 
mirrors1.unifiedlayer.com (69.195.127.231) is what will need to be 
whitelisted as it will syncing the data to the other servers behind the 
load-balancer.
