[CentOS-mirror] Updates mirror.poliwangi.ac.id/centos

How often does your mirror sync? It looks like its syncing every 4 days,
where it should be syncing every 4-8 hours. Having a timestamp file that
outdated will cause your mirror to get listed as out of date and removed
from the mirrorlist rotation for yum.
