Hi Daniel, as announced last week
(http://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-mirror-announce/2014-June/000015.html),
we entered a "frozen" time due to the 7 release.
I'll process all new mirror proposals when 7 will be released to all
known/public mirrors and that the msync network will be stabilized.
