[CentOS-mirror] IP address for ftp.uni-bayreuth.de rsync

Hi,
the host rsyncing the content for "ftp.uni-bayreuth.de" (132.180.15.2) 
is "rsync.uni-bayreuth.de" (132.180.7.30).
Please add it to the access-list.
