[CentOS-mirror] This mirror is slow

Hello!
 
I had approx. 20Mbps during the download of that iso, going up and down all
the time between 3Mbps to 60Mbps.

It is a university server on another continent that mirrors every BSD and
Linux Distro, plus other projects, most likely on a single host. Looks to me
like they have some load and do not limit at all.
