[CentOS-mirror] how can I join the public mirror ?

Hi,

       I’m come from Alibaba Cloud Computing(阿里云计算有限公司,
http://www.aliyun.com/), is the biggest cloud company in china,we have
create a mirror to our customers(include centos mirror
http://mirrors.aliyun.com/centos/ ).

This mirror has :

1、total 60TB storerage 

2、total 10Gb bandwidth

3、10+ servers in three Data Center

 

So，we want to join the centos public mirror，how can I do next ？
