[CentOS-mirror] New mirror

Hello again,

we announced new centos mirror few days ago, but till this time i can`t see
it on mirror list and server still dont have access to eu-msync.centos.org

rsync --address=91.211.244.21 -azH --delete --progress
eu-msync.centos.org::CentOS
 /var/www/centos/

msync.CentOS.org rsync service (centosh2)

to synchronize mirrors.
