A kind reminder for all the mirror admins out there -- please make sure 
your rsync script uses the -H flag to preserve hardlinks. I wrote about 
this during 5.10's release, archived here:

In addition to the three points raised in that message, preserving hard 
links also helps everyone who is syncing from your mirror, in case you 
provide rsync service at your mirror.

If you have not previously used the -H flag, rsync will automatically
take care of the duplicate files and remove the extra ones the next time 
you sync with your updated rsync command line.
