[CentOS-mirror] Clarification on new mirror reqs

Greg,

Here is a RRD graph of my mirror (http://mirror.redsox.cc/pub) here in
Central, NC...  This is for 1 week with 1 hour averages.  You can see my
95th percentile is ~63Mbps.
