[CentOS-mirror] Difficulty getting first sync

Hello,

I'm building a new mirror, however, I can't get rsync to sync any of the
public mirrors.

Example:
rsync -aqzH --delete mirror.linux.duke.edu/centos /var/www/html/centos/

But get this retruned:
rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors)
(code 23) at main.c(1052) [sender=3.0.9]

Is there something in my syntax preventing the sync?
