[CentOS-mirror] Changing Mirror Host to NGINX

Hello all, 

We're looking at moving our mirror server to NGINX instead of Apache. It
looks like fancy headers aren't enabled in RedHat Enterprise Linux with
NGINX. Is this required for the CentOS mirror?
