[CentOS-mirror] New Mirror - WV, USA

I don't use a lockfile (and my mirror is in Germany - hence the eu
reference), but I use the following:

0 3,15 * * * rsync -aqzH --delete eu-msync.centos.org::CentOS
/var/www/centos/media
