So, you said that it was 300Mbps , instead of 3Mbps, but I tried to
validate that mirror checker node isn't even able to fetch required
files to validate that mirror.
I then tried to download an iso file from your mirror on a machine
located in Malaysia (the nearest one I could get my hands on) and
download starts at ~2Kb/s and then goes down and then breaks.

Can you verify your host/connectivity please ?
