Someone (hey Anssi), pointed me to the fact that ftp and rsync links
are wrong.
While ftp://mirror.cov.ukservers.com/centos/ seems to work,
rsync mirror.cov.ukservers.com::centos/ complains about incorrect
module and your rsync node seems to only list pub :
 rsync mirror.cov.ukservers.com::
pub            	UKDSL Mirror RSYNC
(and it's even asking for a password)

Can you fix that and keep us posted please ?
