[CentOS-mirror] New mirror server

As far as I can see, the reason that your mirror is not listed is that 
it is currently not reachable at all. As of this writing, 
http://mirror-status.centos.org/ says your mirror has not been reachable 
for 1.9 days. I can reproduce the problem from home:

$ telnet mirror.colocenter.nl 80
Trying 5.39.184.15...
telnet: connect to address 5.39.184.15: Operation timed out
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host

Once you have fixed this problem (perhaps a firewall problem?), your 
mirror will be automatically listed in the mirrorlist again, and Fabian 
can add your FTP link to the database.
