[CentOS-mirror] New http:// Path for mirrors

Hi

We have changed the paths for http:// urls onl, rsync and ftp remain the 
same.


please note new path for http mirrors:

http://go-parts.com/mirrors-ru/centos/
http://go-parts.com/mirrors-uk/centos/


please let us know when this has been updated.
