Yes, but I don't see the error : you can connect just fine, but it
seems you don't specify the module to connect to : The official howo
(https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors) mentions the full
path (hostname+target module) : us-msync.centos.org::CentOS while you
just tried rsync us-msync.centos.org:: ?
