I just had a quick look in the crawler logs, and it seems that it had
issues earlier today  :

mirrorlists-7-201511230906:http://pkg.adfinis-sygroup.ch/centos/7.1.1503/os/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml
- - 403 Forbidden

But I just checked manually now and your mirror is now answering
correctly.
Let's see next time the crawler process will try to validate your mirror.
