[CentOS-mirror] EU region in mirror list

Hi

Just wanted to state that most commonly known EU stands for European
Union, a federal state system whereas Europe stands for a continent.
	In the mirror list it is a bit misleading as for example Switzerland
is in Europe but not part of the European Union, this situation might
apply to other states in Europe as well.

Suggestion: Change the name EU in the mirror list to Europe.
