[CentOS-mirror] mirror server is not listed on mirror site

http://centosmirror.go4hosting.in/centos/timestamp.txt shows the last 
sync time as "Wed Jul 27 14:48:01 UTC 2016". Out of date mirrors are not 
listed. Please check that you can sync properly from msync.centos.org, 
and that your cron entry for syncing is set up appropriately.
