What happens if you try to access the CentOS module?

Try: rsync -4 msync.centos.org::CentOS/

What are your outgoing IP addresses (ipv4 and ipv6) for each mirror?
Sometimes the IP addresses in DNS do not match what is actually seen on
the other side of the connection. If unsure, run "curl ipv4.miuku.net"
and "curl ipv6.miuku.net".

 hi
[replica at mirror ~]$ rsync -4 msync.centos.org::CentOS/

msync.CentOS.org rsync service (centosg6)
---------------------------------------

This service is intended for the sole use of the CentOS worldwide mirror
network
to synchronize mirrors.

Unless you are running or intending to run a listed public CentOS mirror
use a mirror listed at [1]http://centos.org/download/mirrors

If you intend to populate a mirror for public use please read the
notes at [2]http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors

If you do use this service then it is implied that you are providing a
mirror for public use and giving us authority to publicise such mirror.
