Hi,
We're seeing *.commitpartial files come in over rsync from us-msync with root-
only permissions which cause access denied errors when we sync our mirror to
an internal system. They show up in ../centos/{version}/{sub}/{arch}/state/
What are these files providing, and what guidance should we follow in terms of
either using --exclude to drop them entirely from the repo or altering their
permissions to permit secondary rsync?
