Hi,

As per wiki instructions
(https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors) can you first sync
from another mirror and then be sure that we can validate it ? After
that you can announce and your mirror will be listed and added in the
rsync ACL
Actually it seems that your mirror isn't even reachable (even tested
from another node in Brazil)
