[CentOS-mirror] Mirror IP update

Hi, 

The mirror: http://mirrors.pidginhost.com is offline right now due to hardware issues. 
It is being migrated to a new server and I need the new IP to be allowed for rsync. 

New IP: 176.124.110.65
