[CentOS-mirror] new mirror server.

I have error on rsync:
[root at ip0 ~]# rsync -aqzH --delete msync.centos.org::CentOS
/home/centosfr/public_html
@ERROR: Unknown module 'CentOS'
rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1503)
[receiver=3.0.6]

HI Fabian,

I had put below cronjob on my server for every 4 hours , is this correct  .
/var/www/html/centos/ is the directory all packages .

/usr/bin/rsync -aqzH --delete msync.centos.org::CentOS /var/www/html/centos/

I just did, and it seems it's not yet complete (I guess it's still syncing
on your side), so I'll have a look at it tomorrow and I'll add it then. If I
add it now it will be marked as incomplete so let's do it cleanly from the
start.
