[CentOS-mirror] new mirror server.

HI Fabian,

I had put below cronjob on my server for every 4 hours , is this correct  .  /var/www/html/centos/ is the directory all packages .

/usr/bin/rsync -aqzH --delete msync.centos.org::CentOS /var/www/html/centos/

I just did, and it seems it's not yet complete (I guess it's still syncing on your side), so I'll have a look at it tomorrow and I'll add it then. If I add it now it will be marked as incomplete so let's do it cleanly from the start.
