[CentOS-mirror] Allowed IP address

Hello,

We’re in the process of moving our mirror infrastructure and we’d like
to request for the IP address 162.253.53.24 to get access to rsync.
We’ve previously operated centos.mirror.vexxhost.com but it’s
currently down due to the migration.

If we can get access again via that IP, we’ll rsync back up and be
back in business!
