[CentOS-mirror] New Mirror in SG - mirror.0x.sg/centos

Dear CentOS,

My mirror has moved IP to 210.23.25.77, please update ACLs etc. as
necessary. DNS has been updated and once your network’s TTL expires
you will see it.

Bandwidth has changed as well, Bandwidth: 10000Mbps
