[CentOS-mirror] Mirror listing request for global CDN backed mirror.

Hi Fabian,

The ip provided is an Anycast ip. So the ip you are looking up will route
locally in the country you are testing it from. (As per attached)

...we would like to list mirrors.evowise.com and authorize 89.44.100.220
