[CentOS-mirror] Mirror Changes Axarva - Important

Hello,

Currently IPv6 is already running well, please try again. Here is a telnet
from other servers that use IPv6 and also different data center.

:~ # telnet 2001:df6:1800:524::244 80
Trying 2001:df6:1800:524::244...
Connected to 2001:df6:1800:524::244.
Escape character is '^]'.
CConnection closed by foreign host.

:~ # telnet mirror.axarva.id 80
Trying 2001:df6:1800:524::244...
Connected to mirror.axarva.id.
