[CentOS-mirror] Mirror DNS names changed (.GE)

Hello,

Mirror centos.mirror.srv.co.ge changed to centos.mirror.srv.magticom.ge
Also organisation name was changed from "CaucasusOnline" to "Magticom LTD"

Please update this information.
