[CentOS-mirror] First 10Gb CentOS mirror in IRAN

Would it work to let them sync from a major EMEA mirror? I know some · Sat Oct 8 07:45:17 UTC 2016

Problem is not sync,problem is they do not add Iran on "Public Regional 
Mirror List",So the geo mirror selection does not work.
