[CentOS-mirror] Mirror IP Change

Fabian,

Sorry there was an issue with the previously assigned IP of 192.96.215.212
and had to be reassigned immediately.

Please change the mirror.riverfrontnetworks.com white list IP to:
104.244.210.19
