It wasn't listed when I first read your message, but now it shows up on 
https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ and 
http://mirror-status.centos.org/

It takes a while for the mirror crawler to verify all mirrors, so any 
additions to the list aren't immediately shown on the web.
