[CentOS-mirror] mirror.spreitzer.ch power outage

Hi all

It seems like the city of Zurich is testing its energy facilities. There
is a UPS truck in front of the building.

mirror.spreitzer.ch went offline yesterday due to a power outage. It is
back again and syncing up.
