[CentOS-mirror] new mirror hosted at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications

Agreed, it's now working correctly for me.

I was seeing that the authoritative name servers were replying with 
NXDOMAIN, but they're not responding as expected, and i can reach the 
mirror.

Maybe a temporary glitch during the minute i tested. ;-)
